     本实验室主要研究方向为：综合利用定向进化以及化学修饰等手段改造生物酶，用于催化非天然化学反应，绿色高效地构建具有生物活性的小分子化合物，并开展针对小分子生物活性的机理研究。Our lab focuses on bringing new chemistry to life by directed evolution and chemical modification of natural enzymes. We aim to apply the engineered enzymes into construction of bioactive small molecules in sustainable and efficient manners. We aspire to identify biological targets of the respective enzymatic products and further investigate the underlying mechanisms using phenotype-guided approaches.
